Description
A working bowl for a table of two or three. Eight inches across, 3.25 in. deep, and 44 fl oz to the shoulder, which takes a full head of steamed greens or the better part of a pound of pasta. The glaze is a glossy slate that thins over the rolled rim and breaks to rust where the fire found the iron in it, so no two come out matched. The wall is thrown a little heavier than the small bowl to hold heat, and the foot is turned wide for stability on an uneven camp table. Fired to cone 6 in Albuquerque. Dishwasher safe and oven safe to 400°F; keep it clear of a broiler element and a direct flame. Ships in 0–2 business days.
