Description
Twelve inches, a 10-inch cooking surface and a 2.25-inch wall, which makes it the pan for a whole breakfast or a bird. It is sand-cast and then machined across the entire piece, inside and out, so it reads lighter grey than the smaller two until the seasoning takes hold. Three baked coats of grapeseed oil on delivery. It weighs 7 pounds 8 ounces, so the loop helper handle is doing real work and both hands belong on it when it is full. Two pour spouts. Gas, coals, oven, grate. Clean it out while it is hot, stand it back on the flame until the last of the water is gone, then oil it. It will outlast the stove it starts on.
