The hot-blast one, and the one to leave outside. It draws warm air back through the burner instead of pulling it all from the outside, which holds a flame steadier when the wind comes down the valley after dark. Its font carries 30 ounces of lamp oil and feeds a 7/8 inch wick for close to thirty hours. The steel is hot-dip galvanised, a dull spangled grey that only goes duller and asks nothing of you through a monsoon season. A wire guard cages the globe against rock and truck beds. Height is 15 inches to the bail, and it weighs about four pounds filled. The globe and the wick are ordinary replaceable sizes. Clean the burner cone once a season.
