Description
The biggest of the three, and the only one with a reflector. Its back panel is polished bright and set at a slight angle, so light throws forward rather than ringing the table evenly. That is worth having against an adobe wall or the side of a truck. The other three panels are planished, hammered by hand over a stake, which breaks up the reflection and absorbs the marks a lantern collects anyway. It is 4 1/2 inches square and stands 12 1/4 inches to a fixed hanging ring. A vented brass chimney sits over the flame and keeps it upright in moving air. Takes a 1 inch candle. Keep the reflector polished and let the rest go brown. Packed in Albuquerque and out the door inside two business days.
