Description

Ten inches across with an 8.25-inch cooking surface, the size a kitchen ends up using for everything. Sand-cast, with the cooking face machined smooth and the outside left as it came from the mould, so the pebbled texture stays on the sides and the bottom where it does no harm. Seasoned in three baked coats of grapeseed oil before it ships. It weighs 5 pounds 4 ounces, carries a loop helper handle opposite the main one, and has a pour spout on each side. Wall depth is 2 inches. Gas, coals, oven and a grill grate all work. Wipe it out hot, dry it over the burner, oil it thin while warm. No dishwasher and no long soak.
