The heaviest grouping we pack. The blanket is 72 by 96 inches, charcoal banding on natural oatmeal, wide enough to cover a full bed and thick enough to fold in three across a truck seat. The lantern here burns oil rather than a candle: blued steel, a brass filler cap, a knurled brass wheel that raises a 5/8-inch flat wick, and close to twenty-two hours on a 20-ounce fill. The leather is in two pieces: a saddle-hide journal cover for a standard notebook and a five-slot knife roll in waxed leather that ties closed. Two candle holders are turned from juniper offcuts, so the grain and the colour differ between them. Oil the wood when it goes grey.
