Description
Eight-ounce flannel brushed on both sides, in a four-colour plaid drawn larger than the lighter shirt carries. Two chest pockets with buttoned flaps, both deep enough for a folded quad sheet. The tail is curved and runs three inches longer at the back so it stays tucked when you reach overhead. A throat latch sits under the collar for wind. The cloth comes off the same Indiana looms; cutting, sewing and pressing are done in Albuquerque. Corozo buttons throughout, and at this weight the side seams are flat-felled rather than single-needle. Wash cold, tumble low, and press the collar damp if you want it sharp. Double-brushed flannel pills a little at the cuff in the first month, then stops.
