Description

The smallest of our four D-rings, formed from solid brass rod out of a rod mill in Waterbury, Connecticut. The body measures 2 1/4 inches on the long side with a 5/16 inch gate opening, which takes a key ring, a folded knife and a fob. The gate spring is stainless, so it keeps its snap long after the brass has gone soft-looking. The finish is tumbled, not plated: a low even sheen that turns brown within a month of pocket carry and darker in the corners after that. Rub it with a rag and a little polish to bring it back, or leave it alone. Not rated for climbing or overhead loads. Dispatch is 0-2 business days from Albuquerque.
