Description
A twelve-ounce press, one mug at a time. The body is single-wall 18/8 stainless in a brushed finish, and the handle and lid knob are turned from black walnut and fixed with brass screws you can put a driver back into. The plunger is a three-piece stainless screen assembly that unscrews for cleaning, and replacement screens are a standard 2.9-inch size. It stands 6.8 inches to the knob and weighs 14 ounces. Coarse grind, four minutes, press slowly. A single wall cools faster than the larger presses, so pour it out rather than leaving it to sit. Wash the screens after every use and keep the walnut away from a dishwasher.
